Excellent, clean room. A shame it is noisy if facing the street.

Excellent room, spacious, clean, and perfect for a business trip. The staff is absolutely marvellous, friendly, and ready to help. I had plenty of space to work and relax on the time off. The gym on the roof is also very nice.

My room was pretty noisy. I wore earplugs, but it was impossible not to wake up early with the noisy motorbikes on the street. I suggest getting a side- or courtyard-facing room. The windows have a single glass pane (no noise isolation).

I love the location AMD the friendly staff. Also the room seize.

The mattress is horrible. I could feel the metal springs. The gym was closed. I paid almost twice of what I paid a year ago. Value has gone down a lot for me.

Enjoy the hotel, use the facilities, have breakfast, but eat out.

I was especially impressed by the service at arrival even from the security all the way to the reception. The location was nothing short than perfect! Room was very clean and cosy with all the right amenities which, I thought only 5 star hotels give. The breakfast was just super!

I was very disappointed with the restaurant Zoti. No doubt we utilised the free Pizza coupon but had an issue with the wine and was handled very poorly by the big heavy man, when he scolded the waitress with us in sight. It was simple, she took a wrong order and we got served the wrong wine. It happens. But they should simply be changed and not made a big fuss of. Especially not in front of us. And the pizza wasn't great anyway. The seafood wasn't fresh. I was supposed to invite my friends from Jakarta to have a meal there the next day but I cancelled because I don't like the service there. Such a shame that the person in charge lack finesse in handling problems, because the restaurant itself looks beautiful.

Excellent stay in an excellent location. Will definitely come back.

Location, facilities, staff, breakfast, were all amazing! The view of the city skyline from the room (5th floor) was beautiful.

The bathroom could use a bit of update. The shower was leaking and made a screeching sound every time it was used. The trash can banged loudly when it closes. The cleanliness of the bathroom can also be improved.

Wonderful

Breakfast spread was wonderful. A combination of local and western food. With lots of fresh fruits and salads. They even prepared freshly squeezed juices in bottles and also local herbal drinks jahe/wedang (ginger and cinnamon) drink that was so refreshing.

Comfortable and well sitauted

Staff were very helpful in finding me a quieter room. The locations is great, with plenty of eating places nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette.

Decent hotel with comfy bed and helpful staff

Comfy bed, got a decently quiet room at the end of the corridor (for Indonesian traffic standards it was perfect), staff was very helpful, and got some good food on room service

Some bugs on the peanuts at breakfast, cleaning standards can be improved, rooms require a bit of renovation, hairdryer is old and low-power

I visited relative in Bogor every year & stays at Morrissey Jakarta, and always have a pleasant time

food was great, location is great, rooms was clean but the most of all is the staff were great, special mention to Nivras, he has an outstanding customer service and highly recommended to receive a recognition from the hotel group. :))

A great stay in the heart of Jakarta!

The hotel is centrally located withing walking distance to the MRT, malls, and lots of restaurants. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and responsive. The room is big with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen room service is fast and tasty. The free laundry room facilities were an added bonus!

The room layout was strange -- it was a big room, with an odd layout. The shower was huge but the toilet area was small. The sink was outside the toilet area in the living room space. The blinds didn't sufficiently block the morning light. Limited closet hanging space so we ended up leaving our suitcases open on the floor.

I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice location, friendly stuff, tasty food, a large selection of food for breakfast, laundry room, swimming pool on the roof.

It was repairing work on our floor and smelt of paint.
